1. The service

PinGrab is a free tool that reads a public Pinterest pin link and returns a direct link to the media file that Pinterest already publishes. We do not host the videos, do not re-upload them and do not claim ownership of them.

2. Acceptable use

• Use PinGrab for personal, lawful purposes only.
• Only download content you created, own, or have permission to use.
• Do not use the service to harass, stalk, dox or infringe anyone.
• Do not scrape, automate or overload the API. Rate limits apply and may be tightened at any time.
• Do not attempt to bypass the host allowlist, attack the server or use the API as a general-purpose proxy.
• Do not remove copyright notices from downloaded content.

3. Copyright and takedowns

Copyright in each video belongs to its creator or rights holder. PinGrab does not control what Pinterest hosts. If you believe content accessible through PinGrab infringes your rights, contact the host (Pinterest) first, and also email us at hello@opterik.com with the pin URL and proof of ownership. We will block the link from our tool within a reasonable time.

4. Pinterest

Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. PinGrab is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest. Your use of Pinterest itself is governed by Pinterest's terms of service.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and may change, break or disappear at any time. Pinterest can change its page format, block requests or remove content, which may stop some downloads from working. We may add, modify or remove features without notice.

6. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any file will be available, complete or playable on your device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinGrab and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or claims arising from your use of the service or from content you download. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us (which is zero), whichever is higher.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your misuse of the service or your infringement of someone else's rights.

9. Privacy

The privacy policy explains what data is processed and why. It forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
